Glade Festival moves to Winchester
Tickets on sale now, deposit scheme launched

The event, which won Best Dance Festival at the UK Festival Awards last year, will be housed in Winchester
from July.
The exact location will be disclosed to festival-goers when they receive their tickets.
A
message on the Glade website reads: "'Louder, Later and Longer' is what we promise, having now found and
secued the new site we were looking for!
"After looking at several candidates we’ve finally settled
on a real beauty in Central south England that combines a beautiful bit of the old green and pleasant, with the desire to
be able to crank the music louder after midnight – the latter being the bugbear at our previous home.
"In
keeping with tradition, we were going to hold the exact location back for now, but after news leaked on the internet, we’ve
decided to confirm that the new home is near Winchester."
Glade Festival 2009 is set to take place from 16-19 July with tickets already
on sale priced at £125 for a weekend pass.
Payments can be staggered until the end of March
if festival-goers secure a ticket with a £50 deposit.
