Franz Ferdinand and more for Volt Festival

Franz Ferdinand and Limp Bizkit are among the first names confirmed for this year's Volt Festival.

Goth rocker Marilyn Manson is also set for the Hungarian event alongside Laurent Garnier, British breakbeat group Freestylers and drum n bass guru LTJ Bukem And MC Conrad.

Volt Festival 2009 will take place at Sopron, Hungary from 1-4 July with over 200 live acts and DJs performing over 10 stages.

This four-day festival held at Sopron, Hungary began back in 1995 and has since grown into an annual event had attracts some of the world's biggest artists with The Roots, Coldcut and The Prodigy all performing in the past.
