Hurricane & Southside add more names

Franz Ferdinand, Kate Perry and Gogol Bordello

Franz Ferdinand are among the latest names added to the Hurricane and Southside bills.

'I Kissed A Girl' pop starlet Katy Perry, Ben Harper And Relentless 7, Gogol Bordello, Blood Red Shoes and The Sounds will also be appearing.

Today's confirmation join line-ups that already boast Kings Of Leon, Disturbed, The Wombats and more. Both festivals share the same line-up over two different site, much like Reading and Leeds Festivals in England.

Hurricane 2009 will take place at Eichenring Scheessel, while Southside Festival 2009 will be held at Neuhausen ob Eck, Tuttlingen.
