Arctic Monkeys to play Oya Festival

The Bronx, Bon Iver, Satyricon and more

Organisers have announced that the Arctic Monkeys are set to play this year's Oya Festival.

Heavy US rock group The Bronx have also been confirmed alongside Bon Iver, Kare And The Cavemen, Satyricon, Atomic and Crystal Antlers.

I Was A King, John Olav Nilsen and Gjengen, Mungolian Jet Set and The New Wine are also set to play with Norma Sass and Tommy Tokyo And Starving For My Gravy heading to Norway too.

Oya Festival 2009 will take place at Middelalderparken in Oslo from 11-15 August.

Four-day passes are already available priced at NOK 1,850. Day tickets are yet to go on sale.
