Glastonbury's Left Field heads to the US
The stage will swap Somerset for SXSW

The political arena, which is famed for its mixture of comedy, music and debate, will be part of the new music event, which
takes place at Austin, Texas from 18-22 March.
Bosses will use the opportunity
to promote Billy Bragg's Jail House Doors scheme, which
helps prisoners to learn how to play musical instruments.
Foo Fighters' Chris Shiflett, Mick
Jones from The Clash and Reverend And The Makers' singer Jon McClure are said to interested
in being involved, though no names have been fully confirmed.
Speaking about the US venture, Left Field chief Geoff
Martin said: "We are dead chuffed that South By South West, one of the biggest of the global music festivals, have
given us the nod to bring our blend of great music and social justice campaigning across the ocean."
