The Killers for Rock Am Ring, Rock Im Park

The Killers, The Kooks and Slipknot are among the first names confirmed for Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park.

Killswitch Engage, Scouting For Girls, The Subways, Placebo and Mando Diao will also perform at the dual site, shared line-up events.

Other names announced include Jan Delay and Disko No. 1, Billy Talent, Kettcar, Peter, Bjorn and John as well as Peter Fox, Polarkreis 18, The Kilians, Tomte, Trivium and Volbeat.

Rock Am Ring 2009 will take place at Nurburgring in the Eifel and Rock Im Park 2009 will run at Nuremberg, Bavaria, both in Germany from 5-7 June.

Early bird tickets for both festivals are priced at 125 Euros.
