Satyricon added to Bloodstock Open Air bill

Norwegian metallers head to Derby in August

Satyricon are the latest band confirmed for next year's Bloodtsock Open Air.

The Norwegian metal group will play on the Saturday (15 August) of the festival alongside Candlemass, Wintersun, Turisas and Die Apokalyptischen Reiter.

Katatonia, Sabaton and The Haunted are also lined up to play the heavy rock and metal festival.

Bloodstock Open Air 2009 will take place at Catton Hall, Derbyshire from 14-16 August.

Early bird tickets are already on sale at £85 for an adult weekend pass or £35 for a child weekend pass. Both tickets include camping.
