2008 prices held, cheap children passes available
Tickets for the Scottish boutique bash go on sale from the festival's official website from Friday (31 October) with costs being frozen at
2008 prices.
An adult weekend ticket is priced at £80, while children's weekend passes

Speaking about the 2009 prices, festival chair Jamie Gilroy said: "The
new weekend ticket price of £80 incorporates booking fees, camping and parking charges effectively making the 09 ticket
the same price as 2008.
"A new half price ticket for kids aged 13-15 will help families struggling for cash
in the current financial crisis."
The VIP tickets will have access to the Down And Dirty toilets and
showers as well as VIP parking and access to the VIP bar.
The Wickerman Festival 2009, which takes place at East Kirkcarswell Farm,
Nr Kirkcudbright, Scotland will run from 24-25 July.
