Madcap reggae stalwart Lee 'Scratch' Perry is set to appear at the festival alongside Jamie Lidell and hip hop pioneer Afrika Bambaataa.

7 featuring Ben Sims and DJ Surgeon have also been confirmed today, giving
the underground electronic festival some experimental techno for the weekend.

The Future Sound Of London will appear at the festival, making their first live appearance since 1997.
BLOC Weekend 2009 will take place from
13-15 March and it will feature two large stages, a pub warm-up stage, an interactive arts arena and Un:BLOC
– a non-electronic arena.
Accommodation has to be booked in self-catering or room only apartments in groups
of 2,3,4,5,6 or 7. Adult weekend tickets start from £125.
