05 October 2008
Tickets have been put up for sale more than eight months before the festival takes place, and this year it couldn't be easier.
Glastonbury Festival 2009 takes place at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset, from 24-28 June and so long as you're registered you can buy now.
You can either buy a full priced weekend ticket for £175 plus booking, or lay down a £50 deposit and pay the remainder of the balance before 1 February 2009.
Unlike previous years, there is no longer a limit on the number of tickets bought in a single transaction, so long as everyone in your party is registered.
To buy tickets click HERE or if you haven't already registered click HERE (note, registration is suspended until 9am Monday morning.)
The ticket price includes a free programme, cloth bag and round the neck guide. You can also buy a parking ticket, priced £10, or a camper van pass, priced £65.
There's plenty more information on the Glastonbury Festival website HERE.
No acts are confirmed as yet but Franz Ferdinand, Radiohead, The Ting Tings, The Travelling Band and TV On The Radio are among those currently rumoured. Stay posted for more.
