Razorlight & Bacharach top Electric Proms
As Bee Gee collaborations spark Saturday Night Fever

The event, which will has extended to two cities for the first time this year, will have Bacharach performing in London's
Roundhouse backed by the BBC Concert Orchestra.
Adele,
Beth Rowley and Jamie Cullum will also feature as guest vocalists for the legendary American
singer, while Razorlight
will perform at Liverpool's Philharmonic Hall.
The Proms are also set to celebrate 30 years of Saturday Night
Fever topping the charts by inviting Robin Gibb from The Bee Gees to perform a special set alongside Sam Sparro, Sharleen
Spiteri and the BBC Concert Orchestra in London.
Chaka Khan, Keane, Goldfrapp and Maddy
Prior have also been added to the bill, which already boasts The Last Shadow Puppets, The
Streets, Nitin Sawhney and Tony Christie.
The festival is also set to
have a dedicated under 18's show in Liverpool featuring Esser, Thomas Tantrum and Kitty,
Daisy and Lewis as well as a breaking bands night in London's Barfly with sets from Red Light Company,
Amazing Baby, Micachu, Bashy, Ny and Chase And
Status.
BBC Electric Proms
2008 will run in various venues around London and Liverpool from 22-26
