Camp Bestival 2009 early bird tickets on sale

The family-friendly festival, which last year's headliners The Flaming Lips described as "perfect", will return to Lulworth Castle, Dorset from 24-26 July 2009.

Last year the Rob Da Bank curated event saw performances from Chuck Berry, Kate Nash and DJ Yoda, while a whole host of child-based activities including The Insect Circus, hat making, van painting, whacky toys and a crazy Kids Disco kept the children amused in the Kids Field.

So for those who want more Bestival tomfoolery, theatre, poetry and comedy, organisers have released early bird tickets for a limited time only.

Adult camping tickets are priced at £120 for the weekend and £60 for teenage tickets (13-15 years). Festival-goers are also being given the opportunity to put down a £50 deposit now and pay the remainder of the balance by 14 February 2009.
