Iceland Aiwaves announces London festival
To celebrate its tenth anniversary

The east end will get a taste of the Reykjavek music event, with the likes of Teenagers, Florence And The Machine, and The Whip playing the one night mini-festival.
London Airwaves will be spread over eight venues around Shoreditch, in keeping with its Icelandic format, on Friday, 19 September.
Other acts will include Metronomy, These New Puritans, James Yuill, Wild Beasts, David E Sugar, Robots In Disguise and Sam Isaac.
A spokesman for Iceland Airwaves, and now London Airwaves, said: "Iceland Airwaves already have an international reputation as festival experts, and their annual event in Reykjavik has become an integral part of the cultural life of the city.
"What began as a talent show for foreign record executives has now become firmly established as one of the best boutique festivals on the international circuit. This year is their 10th anniversary and to celebrate they are branching out internationally and bringing the same electric experience to East London."
More acts will be announced but the line up so far reads:

Venues include 93 Feet East, Cargo, Bar Music Hall, Vibe Bar, The Macbeth, Hoxton Bar & Kitchen, Old Blue Last and Hearn St carpark.
Ticket holders will be able to walk between them all eight venues taking in the bands they want to see (subject to capacity).
