Mixed weather forecast for V Festival

The weather looks as diverse as the line up for this weekend's V Festival.

While it looks as if the Chelmsford site will remain dry this weekend, Staffs could be in for some wet weather, according to forecasters Metcheck.

Hylands Park in Chelmsford is expected to remain dry throughout the weekend, although it will be cloudy with occasional sunny spells.

You can expect the odd drizzle but there isn't expected to be any real rain until around 10pm Sunday night, when The Verve will be headlining. Expect highs of around 20 degrees Celsius.

At Weston Park in Staffs, however, rain is predicted throughout the day on the Saturday and for the first half of the day on Sunday, with things clearing up by Sunday afternoon. It will be chilly too with highs of only 13 degrees on Saturday, rising to 18 degrees on Sunday.
