United Kingdom | 10 July 2008
Ex-Formula One boss Eddie Jordan will bring T In The Park's Pet Sounds Arena to a close when his band headline the stage this Sunday (13 July).
According to The Daily Record Jordan's band Eddie The Robbers will see the stage through the chequered flag following a set from Hot Chip.
Rumours suggest the racing car enthusiast, who plays drums in the outfit, will be joined by a host of stars during the set including Queen's Roger Taylor and some of the members of Stereophonics.
Speaking about the band, T In The Park organiser Geoff Ellis said: "[They're] like The Commitments but not naff.
"They play good old-fashioned soul and 60s R&B," he added, "They play original songs and will probably throw in a couple of covers."
T In The Park which takes place at Balado Airfield, Kinross-shire, Scotland from 11-13 July will be headlined by The Verve, Rage Against The Machine and R.E.M..
