They will be joined over the weekend by singer songwriter Beth Rowley,
emerging nine-piece The Bookhouse Boys and Golden
Silvers, fresh off the back of the success of their Glastonbury appearance.
Emmy The Great has also been confirmed for the weekend, performing in the Sunrise Arena,
while Huw Stephens has added Liverpool rockers Wave Machines
to the BBC Introducing Lake Stage.
Latitude Festival 2008 takes place at Henham Park,
Southwold, Suffolk from 17-20 July and it will be headlined by Franz Ferdinand, Sigur
Ros and Interpol with Elbow, Martha Wainwright, The Breeders
and Julian Cope all on the bill as well.
