Iggy & The Stooges reform for Coachella Festival!

According to America's Rolling Stone magazine, Iggy Pop is reforming his legendary punk band The Stooges for a one-off appearance at the Coachella Festival in Califormia next month.

Iggy will reunite with guitarist Ron and drummer Scott Asheton, for the show on Sunday April 27, augmented by former Minutemen bassist Mike Watt (filling in for original bassist David Alexander, who died in 1975).

The show precedes the new Iggy LP, which will include four songs from the reunited Stooges.
