Blackbyrds and Tortured Soul are among the live acts confirmed for the 42nd edition of the Southport Weekender.

They will be joined on the bill by Fertile Ground, Eric Roberson, Luisito Quintero and Tawiah.

King Street Recordings will also be celebrating their 15th anniversary by bringing Barbara Tucker, Roland Clark, Joi Cardwell and Monique Bingham along to play during the weekend.

The live acts will join the likes of Joey Negro, Norman Jay, Mr Scruff, Gilles Peterson who will be DJing at the festival. For the full line-up click HERE.

Southport Weekender will take place at Pontins Holiday Park, Southport over 9-11 May. Tickets for the festival sold out in record time this year.
