Kate Nash for Glastonbury Abbey Extravaganza

The Feeling and more as the event is cut to two days

Kate Nash and The Feeling have been confirmed for Glastonbury Abbey Extravaganza, which will run for two, rather than three days, this year.

The festival will take place at Glastonbury Abbey, Glastonbury in Somerset from 8-9 August with both BRIT school acts performing on the Saturday night (9).

Squeeze and Lulu have both been announced for the Friday (8) night of the event, which is organised by Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis.

Speaking about the festival shedding a day Eavis said: "It has been difficult to attract enough people to fill the 3 nights and after all, this town has a population of around 10,000 and to attract some 25,000 from this relatively rural part of Somerset is an awesome task."
