Kula Shaker, From The Jam, Cerys Matthews and Freak Power have also been confirmed for the family festival, which takes place at Stoke Park, Guildford, Surrey, from 4-6 July.
The Levellers will headline the opening Friday night, with Blondie returning to the main stage to top Saturday's bill with support from Kula Shaker. The Australian Pink Floyd Show will close proceedings on the Sunday night.
More than 200 acts will be unveiled in the coming weeks and the festival will also feature comedy, children's entertainment, street theatre, art and crafts and an extensive children’s area The KidZone.
Fans can camp the whole weekend or just come for one day, with music starting at around 5pm on the Friday and noon on both Saturday and Sunday. The programme winds up 11pm on Friday and Saturday, with an earlier 9:30pm finish on Sunday.

priced £100 for adult weekend camping (or £90 without camping). Day tickets cost £40.
Children between 12 and 16 years old cost £60 for the weekend with camping (£50 without) and day tickets cost £30. Children under 12 have free entry with a ticket holding adult. Camper vans tickets are £80.
