Lily Allen out of Isle Of Wight Festival

According to the festival's organiser, John Giddings, her management have pulled the plug on her performance because she has failed to deliver her second album on time.
Giddings has reportedly suggested the singer may be suffering 'a few problems' and has hit out at artists who don't respect their audiences.
He told efestivals: "They (her people) have said she's not coming. She hasn't delivered her record and I said I haven't booked a record I've booked an artist. I think the poor girl has got a few problems. Unfortunately England, although it produces good girl singer songwriters, they don't seem to be capable of running the course."
He added: "I find it very disappointing, these artists don't seem to have a responsibility to their audience. Morrissey (in 2005) pulled out two weeks before the festival claiming he was never booked and he told us he didn't have a drummer."
Giddings, winner of last year's Outstanding Contribution Award in the UK Festival Awards, has revealed he may not book a replacement act and may spend the money saved on green initiatives.
Acts booked to play the festival, which takes place at Seaclose Park, Newport, from 13-15 June, include headliners Kaiser Chiefs, Sex Pistols and The Police, plus The Kooks, N*E*R*D, Kate Nash, The Enemy and Iggy & The Stooges.
