Kid Rock is set to make his UK festival debut at Download.

The self-proclaimed 'American bad-ass' joins a growing line up of rock and metal acts that also includes headliners Kiss, The Offspring and Lost Prophets.

Other acts just confirmed include Bleeding Through, The Subways, Throwdown and Black Dahlia Murder.

Download 20008 takes place at Donington Park, Leicestershire, from 13-15 June.

Previously confirmed acts include Incubus, Motorhead, HIM, Chris Cornell, Jimmy Eat World and Coheed and Cambria. Full line up HERE.

Tickets are available to buy HERE. They cost £130 for the weekend, or £150 with camping, a camper van pass is £40, family zone camping costs £20.
