First acts announced for Sunrise Celebration

The Orb and Dub Pistols are among the first acts confirmed for this year's Sunrise Celebration, which takes place at Bearley Farm, Somerset over 29 May to 1 June.

The pair will play on the Solar-Aid Main Stage alongside the likes The Beat, 3 Daft Monkeys, Baka Beyond, Seize The Day and System 7.

They will be joined over the weekend by Orchid Star, Baraka, Planetmen and the Internationalz, The Mirettes, The Summits and Oojami.

Elsewhere, more additions include Annie Nightingale, Eat Static, Dragonsfly, Kangeroo Moon, Mordekkers, Drum Monkeys, The Mentalists, Rachael Dadd, Dub FX and Far Too Loud.

The four- day festival will have 12 stages and 13 arenas with whole host of alternative entertainment including circus, cabaret, poetry slams, Astro Speed Dating and a solar cinema.
