The day of live music takes place in Spillers Wharf and Baltic Square in Newcastle/Gateshead on the May bank holiday Monday (26 May).
Confirmed for the Spillers Wharf are The Streets, Kate Nash, Reverend And The Makers, Duffy, Glasvegas, Lightspeed Champion, The Whip and This Ain't Vegas.
CSS, New Young Pony Club, Crystal Castles, Does It Offend You Yeah?, Hercules And The Love Affair, Who Made Who, The Ghost Frequency and Kenevil will play the Baltic Square stage.
It all starts at 12pm and the music continues on both outdoor stages until 11pm. Tickets are a measly £3 (in effect a forced donation to Water Aid)
The day before (Sunday 25 May) sees the Southern Fried Mobile Disco taking over Baltic Square with sets from Armand Van Helden, Audio Bullies, Caged Baby, Leatherhead, Nathan Detroit and Jam Warm. Tickets are £23.
There is also an indoor program and other events going on in the preceding week or so with details to be announced on 6 March.
