Southport Weekender announces DJ line-up

Norman Jay and Joey Negro are among the names set to DJ at the Southport Weekender which takes place at Pontins Holiday Park, Southport over 9-11 May.

The 42nd edition of the event will also see a very special performance from Billy Davidson, a DJ who has been at the Weekender since it started, who will be playing his last ever set.

Other names announced today include DJ Swerve, Bob Jeffries, Steve Wren, Firin Squad, Rampage, Snowboy and Steve Sutherland.

Some 5,000 revellers will also see sets from Soul II Soul Soundsystem, Mr Scruff, Theo Parrish, Gilles Peterson and Kerri Chandler as the action unfolds over four arenas.

Tickets for the multi-genre festival sold out in record time this year.
