Adele has apparently said she won't play any festivals because she hates them.

The hotly-tipped singer said: “I hate festivals. I’m not playing any as far as I know. Even if you helicoptered me in for the performance I’d hate it.”

However, when we asked Glastonbury boss Michael Eavis about it yesterday he said: "Yes we've got all the female singers booked up, I especially like Duffy who we've got. We want all the new ones and we could do with Amy Winehouse too."

Better get that helicopter warmed up.
