PJ Harvey and Queens of the Stone Age for V2003!

Supervamp PJ Harvey has become the first name to be confirmed for a stage and a day at V2003. She will play on the Main Stage at Weston Park, Staffordshire (August 16) and Chelmsford (August 17). QOTSA are also strongly rumoured to appear.

PJ Harvey and Queens of the Stoneage, became friends whilst touring together in Australia on the Big Day Out travelling festival, and are currently in the US, recording together.

Harvey, who is also rumoured to be playing Glastonbury 2003, will announce more festival dates shortly.

Coldplay and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are confirmed to headline V2003, however it has not been announced yet which days each band will appear.
