K!mon Feel The Noise - AGAIN!!!
The year's
festy rock action kicks off on 11th April with the second Kerrang Weekender. More than just another bow in
their war of brands with NME, last winter's event was a big hit with VF and festival goers alike. Re-live our excitement
here with the best gallery here, and start gearing up for what promises to be one MIGHTY sized party weekend!
The event
will take place between Friday (11th April) and Sunday (13th April) with Glassjaw confirmed to headline on the main stage on the Saturday, following their last minute
cancellation last time due to their singer's health problems. Taking place again at the Pontins resort in Camber Sands, accommodation
is in chalets for a minimum of four people. If the fun we had last time is anything to go by, then this will be even better.
Other acts
confirmed for the event include: Amen, The Hellacopters, Killswitch Engage, Capdown, The Icarus Line, Shadows Fall,
American Nightmare, Charger, Hiding With Girls, Johnny Truant, Kinesis, Murder One, Posion the Well, The Revs, Winnebago Deal
with more announcements coming over the next few weeks.
For just £89
you get your chalet and rock weekend, plus an all night club on the Friday and Saturday, Kerrang TV in your room, and a host
of other on-site amusements. You can book tickets here. Beware though, there is a strict age enforcement
of +18. Even VF's own Andrew Future had to produce ID last time due to his deceptively youthful good looks.
The first K!
Weekender featured performances by The Cooper Temple Clause, Lostprophets and Mushroomhead.
This one promises to be even more rocking, so get yourself a new key chain and start buffing those DMs now!
