Radiohead waiting on Glasto call
Tour schedule shaping around the festival
20 November 2007
The band last headlined the festival in 2003 and are now hoping for a return to Worthy Farm following the release of latest album 'In Rainbows'.
And just like the name of one of the record's best tracks, 'Jigsaw Falling Into Place', a move by Glastonbury to secure the Oxford legends will help shape their 2008 tour schedule.
Guitarist Ed O'Brien told BBC 6Music: "Everything is on the agenda, we are finalising dates at the moment so we shall see. If they (Glastonbury) want us, which we don't know yet, then we have schedule A, B and C."
Glasto boss Michael Eavis recently boasted that he has already booked two of his headliners, from around seven bands were originally in his thoughts as potential bill toppers.
Radiohead will almost certainly play a UK festival in 2008. A return to V Festival is being hotly rumoured, as well as a possible appearance at T In The Park.
The band are also planning an American tour in May followed by UK dates in June, which all points to a headline show at Glastonbury. Michael it's down to you...
