Folk singer/songwriter Kate Rusby and comedian Phil Jupitus will play the three-day event, which takes place at Cheltenham Racecourse, Gloucestershire, from 30 May - 1 June.
The festival will also welcome back the Silent Disco, after it proved such a hit with fans last year. The headphone-donning dance off, which has featured at Glasto, T In The Park and more, will take over Wychwood's extended Big Top every night until 3am as part of an overall site expansion.
Organiser Graeme Wychwood said: "We make adjustments to the site every year, in line with the increase in audience numbers and in response to feedback. We aim keep the site compact and accessible but keep our customers comfortable and increase sound quality."
Other attractions at Wychood include several stages of music, 100+ workshops, a solar powered cinema, comedy and fine food and drink.
A limited number of 'Early Bird' tickets are on sale until the end of September, priced £85 for an adult weekend ticket with reductions on concessions and children.
