Local acts win slots at Leeds
Six more acts added to the bill

The Yorkshire quartet were announced as the overall winners of the annual Futuresound competition this week earning them
the chance to perform alongside the likes of Albert Hammond Jr, Alberta Cross and The
Hold Steady.
Futuresound gives local unsigned bands the chance to appear at the festival and the five
other winners selected to play the Unsigned Stage are New Vinyl, Rochelle, International
Trust, Micky P Kerr and The Debuts.
They will be joining another local
band, Forward Russia!, on the bill as the Leeds four-piece will be headlining the stage which will be open
on Thursday night for the first time.
