New music arena for V Festival
Up-and-coming acts for Virgin Mobile Sessions

The tent will cater for some of the best new music currently coming out of the UK.
While V Festival has in the past been accused on being overly commercial, it looks to have pulled off a masterstroke by hosting an area for aspiring young talent.
VF's pick of the bill includes Candi Payne, Newton Faulkner, Jamie Scott and the Town, Scouting For Girls, Joe Lean And Jing Jang Jong and Amy Macdonald.
While other highlights include Ross Copperman,
Emma Pollock, Ben’s Brother, New York Fund, Paul Steel,
Tiger Picks, The Script, David Jordan and Terra Naomi.
Rosey Newie, of Virgin Mobile, said: "‘We are really pleased to be unveiling the brand
new Virgin Mobile Sessions Tent at this year’s V Festival, allowing us to support the fantastic singers and songwriters
who are performing this year.
"The Virgin Mobile Sessions Tent is another part of our ongoing commitment to supporting new music through unsigned bands on the Road to V, nurturing new and old favourite bands playing in the Virgin Mobile Union and showcasing established and the world’s most successful artists on the V Stage.”
