Banksy hits Glastonbury

Sacred Space installation to kick up a stink

Banksy hits Glastonbury

15 June 2007

The shrouded enigma has erected a number of reclaimed public toilets in the Sacred Space Field.

Forming in a circle resembling the nearby Stone Henge, it is believed the installation is intended to make festival goers think about their environmental footprint.

The work of art will remain at the festival over the weekend of 22-24 June.
