Mark Ronson for V Festival

Producer of the moment Mark Ronson heads the list, with Captain, Seth Lakeman, Mutya Buenna, Jesse Malin, Chungking and Lena Rez also added to the bill.

They join the likes of headliners The Killers, Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol, as well as James, Amy Winehouse, Damien Rice, Editors and The Coral. 

Bob Angus, V Festival Director, said: "Year after year the V Festival line-up just gets stronger and stronger... and, it’s going to get even better as we are soon to announce the Virgin Mobile Union stage."

Both legs of V Festival are now sold out, however highlights from the event will once again be broadcast on Channel 4.
