The Strokes guitarist will perform on the Uncut Stage, which will be headlined by Rodrigo Y Gabriela on the Saturday night.
Tinariwen will bring a world music flavour to the already diverse festival, while singer/songwriters Wallis Bird and Karima Francis have also been added.
Other acts already confirmed include headliners Arcade Fire, The Good The Bad And The Queen and Damien Rice, plus Jarvis Cocker, Wilco, CSS, The Rapture, The National, The Magic Numbers, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Midlake, Gotan Project, Patrick Wolf and Explosions In The Sky.
Latitude takes place in Henham Park, Suffolk, from 12-15 July. Tickets, priced £112 for the weekend, are available to buy HERE.
