Now in its fourth year, the hard rock extravaganza, held on 9-10 March, has increased its capacity to 30,000 following
its move to the roomy Dubai Country Club.
Legendary rockers Iron Maiden have already been named as headliners on the Friday, with the likes of Incubus,
The Prodigy, Mastadon, The Bravery and Stone Sour also
along for the weekend?s raucous ride.
On top of all the musical shenanigans, other on-site entertainment boasts
extreme BMX displays, an air tattoo parlour, funky rock hair salon, bunjee jumping, a graffiti wall and purpose-built adrenaline
wire that allows members of the audience to zip across the top of the festival crowd.
Children of Bodom
have had to pull out of the event due to guitarist Alexi Laiho injuring his shoulder while playing tenpin bowling, but plenty
of other big names are set to be announced in the run-up to the event.
Gates open at 1pm on the Friday and 3pm
on the Saturday with a shuttle bus service to and from Dubai city centre available.
