Kasabian Go Orchestral For Electric Proms

Kasabian have been announced as the headline band to play with the BBC Concert Orchestra as part of the Electric Proms festival. The Leicester boys join Guillemots in what's bound to be an epic evening...

The two bands play the one-off show at the Roundhouse in Camden, London, on Saturday 28 October, joining a stellar lineup of acts performing as part of the week-long BBC Electric Proms festival.

The Raconteurs, The Horrors and Squarepusher have also just been added, playing a special John Peel night in the Electric Ballroom.

Tickets for both events go on sale via the BBC website at 12pm today (Monday) and are expected to sell out quickly.
