First acts for Secret Garden Party

Graham Coxon, Larrakin Love, The Long Blondes, Ok Go, Utah Saints, Adam Freeland, Dub Pistols, and Loose Cannons are among the acts announced for the third Secret Garden Party...

The three-day camping festival takes place in a secret location in southern England from 18-20 August. Click here for more info.

Organisers of the event, winner of last year's 'Best Small Festival' in the UK Festival Awards, are promising a 'super special guest headliner' who will be announced exclusively via the festival's own website (currently under construction).

However VF can confirm that the following acts will all be in attendence: Graham Coxon, Prince Buster, Larrakin Love, The Long Blondes, Lily Allen, Envy & Other Sins, Howling Bells, Ok Go, The Real Tuesday Weld, Robots In Disguise, Utah Saints (exclusive reunion decks n FX set), Adam Freeland, Holly Golightly, Dub Pistols, The Chalets, The Kicks, Dawn Penn, The Loose Cannons, Seal Club Clubbing, Frank Popp Ensemble, The Infadels, Super Nashwan, and The Rumble Strips.

All sorts of silly shenanigans are being promised, with dressing up, snail racing, pub quizes, cheese rolling, and treehouse DJ booths all featuring at the previous two events.

This year's party has increased in capacity, with 5,000 weekend tickets now up for grabs (from 1,500 in its first year, 2004).
