First acts for Cross Central

Clor, Sasha, Absentee, The Research, Spank Rock, King Kreosote, and Ladytron are among the first acts confirmed for London's Cross Central festival, which takes place over the August bank holiday weekend.

TDK Cross Central takes place in London's Kings Cross Goods Yard on 26 and 27 August, featuring some of the most cutting-edge bands and DJs currently doing the rounds.

The bands so far booked to play are Absentee, Alex Smoke, Annie, Booka Shade, Black Daniel, Clor, Gang Gang Dance, Good Books, Kid Harpoon, King Creosote, Ladytron, Shychild, Spank Rock, Super Thriller, The Bug, The Egg, The Eighteenth Day Of May, The Research, and Young Blood Brass Band.

Bloc Party, Andrew Weatherall and Sasha will be among those taking to the decks.
