The Beautiful South for V Festival

V Festival 2006 takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford,
Essex, and Weston Park, Staffordshire, on 19-20 August with two bills swapping sites over the two days. Both

Other
acts confirmed for both legs include The Charlatans, Editors, Paul Weller,
Keane, Girls Aloud, Fatboy Slim, The Dandy Warhols, Rufus
Wainwright, Kubb, and Hard Fi.
Two lucky bands will also get to play alongside
their heroes as winners of the Road To V competition, which is currently in the process of whittling down
