They join the likes of headliners Morrissey,
Radiohead and Faithless, plus loads more including The Charlatans, Editors,
Paul Weller, Keane, Girls Aloud, Beck, Bloc Party,
Fatboy Slim, and Hard Fi.
Two lucky unsigned bands will also get to play alongside
their heroes as winners of the Road To V competition, which is currently in the process of whittling down

V Festival 2006 takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex,
and Weston Park, Staffordshire, on 19-20 August with two bills swapping sites over the two days. Both events
