Daft Punk to headline Global Gathering

Global Gathering 2006 takes place
at Long Marston Raceway, near Stratford-Upon-Avon, on 28-29 July, boasting three massive dance
headliners.
Daft Punk will perform their first
live UK show in over nine years as one of only eight worldwide shows in 2006.
Fatboy Slim is set to deliver one of his 3-D visual DJ sets, as seen at Glastonbury last year.
And Groove Armada will be bussing in their full band to perform on the beach stage. Main-man Andy Cato said: "New album, new band and the biggest dance crowd of the year. It's a good combination"
There will also be loads of top DJs playing throughout the weekend. Those so far confirmed are Tiesto,
Sasha, Deep Dish, Erick Morillo, Paul Van Dyk, Paul
Oakenfold, Carl Cox, Armin Van Buuren, Pete Tong, John
Digweed, Steve Lawler, Jeff Mills, Kenny Dope Gonzalez, Lisa
Lashes, Roni Size, Eric Prydz and Plump DJs.

are expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks, all playing over the festival's six arenas. There will also be an urban
village with hip-hop DJs, skate ramps, break dancers etc, an adrenlin village complete with bungee jumps, freefall simulators
and other extreme rides, a fairground, and even a late night lap dancing club.
