V Festival 2006
takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, Essex, and at Weston Park, Staffordshire, on 19-20
August, with two bills swapping locations between days.
- Weekend camping tickets cost £120 (£100 without camping)

Single day tickets cost £58.50
- Camper van passes cost £40
For the first time, organisers have released some
details of the stage/day spit...
Radiohead, Beck,
Keane, and Bloc Party are all confirmed to play the Main Stage at Chelmsford on the Saturday
and Staffs on the Sunday, with Kasabian, Fatboy Slim and Editors playing
on one of three stages.
Faithless, Morrissey,
and Paul Weller are all booked for the Main Stage at Staffs on the Saturday and Chelmsford
on the Sunday, with The Charlatans and Groove Armada both featuring high up the bill on
the other stages.
Organisers have also just announced that Razorlight have been confirmed to headline
the second stage.
The other acts confirmed are The Magic Numbers, Hard Fi, The
Ordinary Boys, Starsailor, Sugababes, The Go! Team, Rufus
Wainwright, James Dean Bradfield, Orson, Gavin DeGraw and The
Feeling. As yet there are no details on what stage or days they are playing on.
