Hard Fi and Ian Brown top Hi:Fi South
Hi:Fi South takes place at Matterly Bowl, near Winchester, on
Saturday and Sunday, 27-28 May.
Hard Fi will headline
the Saturday night Live Arena with Ian Brown closing the
festival there on the Sunday night.
The confirmed headliners of some of the other arenas are Sasha &
Digweed, The Subways, Audio Bullys, Carl Cox, 2Many DJs,
and Paul Oakenfold.
Some of those acts are also performing at the one-day sister event Hi:Fi
North, which takes place near Newcastle on the Saturday.
Both festivals aim to break down the barriers between
dance and rock with a closely integrated programme of eclectic music. There will also be chill out areas, VIP arenas, a cinema,
and an unsigned bands tent for local talent.
Weekend tickets are on sale now priced £99, which includes free camping,
or £150 for a VIP pass, which entitles you access to a special area.
Day tickets will be on sale soon, priced £54.50. Visit
