They were the were the talking point of the Guest Area at Glastonbury this year and were voted “Best Place to Camp” by the NME. Rightly so - they're awesome, and you could have one at Leeds Festival!

A limited number of ‘podpads’ will be available for hire at this weekend's Leeds Festival, located in the Guest or Quiet camping areas.  ‘podpads’ were the talking point of the Guest Area at Glastonbury this year and were voted “Best Place to Camp” by the NME.

The ‘podpad’ is built from wood and measures approx 8’ x 6’ (2.440 x 1.970m). It comes pre-decorated and with a groundsheet, a fitted carpet, shelving, interior lights and a lock on the front door. Single, double or twin beds are optional extras for increased comfort and creating useful storage space underneath. Three sliding coloured windows provide ventilation and light, allowing you to look out whilst restricting vision in. ‘Podpads’ are weatherproof, soundproof, secure, safe and cosy, dry in the wet & cool in the sun.

Your ‘podpad’ is built and furnished, ready for you when you arrive and when you leave, you simply return the keys and walk away, leaving it all behind you. Escape the hassles of finding camping space, erecting tents, flapping canvas, leaks and the inevitable take-down and trying to repack your tent into a bag, designed only to ever fit at the point of leaving the factory. This is the real upmarket alternative to Eurohike camping.

A limited number of units will be available and advance bookings are now being taken. The ‘podpads’, suitable to sleep up to two adults, but equally ideal for hire between a group of friends or by your company as a backstage base, will be allocated on a first come/first served basis.

To celebrate their first appearance at these festivals, ‘podpads’ are available at “Festival Special” prices, from just under £200 for the ‘basic’ podpad, for the duration of the festivals (Thurs – Mon).

Please NOTE that ‘podpad’ hire does not include festival tickets or any necessary camping area passes, which must be purchased prior to hire.

‘Podpads’ are also available for hire at corporate events, weddings and weekend parties.
