Final acts confirmed for V Festival

The final 18 acts have just been confirmed for the 10th anniversary V Festival. This brings the total line up to a storming 82 acts playing over two days at Chelmsford and Staffs on 20-21 August.

The newly confirmed additions that complete the bill are a healthy mix of established talent and rising stars: Bodyrockers, The Chalets, Joseph Arthur, Jimmy Chamberlin Complex, Duels, Juliet, Roll Deep, Alexis Strum, Akala, Mitchell Brothers, The Kooks, The Perishers, Johnathan Rice, The Blizzards, Protocol, The Proclaimers, Tara Blaise and No Hope In New Jersey.

V Festival Director, Bob Angus told us:

"Way back in March when we started announcing the first acts, we promised that for the 10th anniversary we would secure the best line up ever. Five months down the line, with the all artists confirmed, we believe that we have achieved this. Whether you were lucky enough to get a ticket, or will be tuning into Channel 4 or E4, be prepared for some legendary live performances!"

On the weekend of 20th and 21st August 2005, V celebrates a decade of great festivals over four main stages, at Weston Park, Staffordshire and Hylands Park, Chelmsford. Tickets are sold out, but you could still win some here!
