Sun shines on Glasto Sunday!

Trench foot and sunken tents have been replaced by naked flesh and warm beer as the sun finally shines on Worthy Farm. It's been a chaotic one, but the final day is shaping up to be the best of the weekend.

The mud is (almost) dry and bewlidered nine yard stares have been replaced by huge grins all over the Worthy Farm site as the weather finally turns for the better.

There are currently around 158,500 people on site, 6,500 of those who entered the festival today on Sunday day ticket - mainly local residents.

Hay has been spread to counter the mud, which last night was so thick and sticky that segments of the crowd, watching headliners Coldplay, toppled over as the audience surged.

Some of those are among the 2,094 people who have been treated at the medical tent. Almost 300 unfortunate festival goers lost their tents in the aftermath of Friday morning's rain storm, many of whom have been looked after by Glastonbury's welfare team.

The elements have not dampened the Glasto festival spirit however, and fans have been treated to some incredible sets, Kasabian, Keane, and Kaiser Chiefs being just some of the highlights. Stay posted for full reviews and pictures.

But perhaps the most special moment of the day came when tens of thousands of people joined hands in front of the Pyramid Stage at 4pm yesterday in a show of solidarity for the Make Poverty History campaign.

Bob Geldof and Michael Eavis instigated the moment from the stage, themsleves holding hands, after urging people not to join in just for a 'rock festival' moment, but rather to really think about the meaning of what they were doing.
