Exclusive! Manchester Legends Come Together at Brixton!
The two-night, '90s fly-back festival will see the historic reunion of The Farm, as well as the first Happy Mondays gig since their triumphant return at Get Loaded In The Park last summer. Both bands will be playing on both nights.
Now Virtual Festivals can exclusively reveal that ex-Clash man, Mick Jones, will be joining The Farm to help celebrate their first performance together in more than 10 years.
What's more, former Stone Roses (and current Primal Scream) bassist, Mani, will be performing alongside tribute band The Clone Roses.
A source close to the band told us: "John Squire did his best to destroy every Roses track he performed solo, and Ian Brown's latest attempts haven't been the best. The truth is that The Clone Roses are the best band about when it comes to covering their songs and with Mani on board it's going to be amazing."
48 Party People takes place at Brixton Academy, London, this Friday and Saturday night.
