Tickets are priced at £110 for weekend with camping, £90 for weekend without camping and £52.50 for day tickets.

Camping tickets for Chelmsford sold out in the record time of just three hours, hot on the heels of T In The Park, which last month sold out in only three days.

V Festival director Bob Angus said: "Tickets have only been on sale for three hours and we've only announced a quarter of the full and final line up. Today's sell out is testament to our promise of a live music experience worthy of the 10th anniversary status. There are still day tickets available for Hylands Park, Chelmsford and both camping and day tickets for Weston Park, Staffordshire, so if fans don't want to be disappointed, they should get their tickets now."

V Festival 2005 returns to Hylands Park, Chelmsford, and Weston Park, Staffordshire on the weekend of 20-21 August, celebrating its 10th anniversary.
