Florence Welch with her band will return to the festival circuit in 2016, a year on from their acclaimed headline performance at Glastonbury Festival, with Open’er the first date in their diary.

Florence & The Machine found commercial and critical success with their third studio album ‘How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful’ which topped the UK, US, Australian and Canadian charts earlier this year.

The band will perform on the opening day of Open'er 2016 which will take place between Wednesday 29 June and Sunday 2 July in Gdynia, Poland.

The 13th edition of the music festival will feature a feast of star names from across the world. The list of previous Open’er headline acts includes the likes of Rihanna, Blur, Bjork, Coldplay, Prince and Pearl Jam.

Open’er weekend festival tickets are currently on sale for a limited time priced at 399 PLN (£70) without camping or 429 PLN (£75).

Early bird prices will come into effect from 11 September until 12 December, set at 459 PLN (£80) for a four day ticket without camping and 539 PLN (£95) with camping. Two day and one day tickets will also be available from 11 September.
